Ingredients
1 banana, cut into pieces and frozen overnight
1 cup raw chopped kale (remove the stalks)
2 tsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
2 tsp. hemp seeds
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3/4+ cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla)
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients (except ice) in a high-powered blender in the order shown and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker texture.
Pour into mason jar (not optional) and drink while your cold-brew coffee is brewing.
