Mix coconut oil, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl.* Pour onto a small baking sheet.
Lightly press toppings into chocolate. Set in the fridge or freezer to set. Once set, cut with a sharp knife or break in pieces. Store in the fridge or freezer.
