Strawberry Banana Sorbet

Say “hello,” to your new summertime treat! This ultra creamy gluten free and vegan Strawberry Banana Sorbet is made with just two ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 brown-spotted banana
  • 2 large strawberries

Instructions

  1. Peel banana. Slice into five or six “coins” and place in a freezer bag. Chop the top off of the strawberries, and place them in the bag, too. Freeze until frozen solid.
  2. Blend in a high-speed blender* until smooth, creamy, and delicious.

Notes

*If your blender is on the larger side, it would probably be easier to blend this sorbet after doubling/tripling/etc. the recipe. Leftovers can be frozen in individual servings sealed in a freezer bag. To soften, blend sorbet in a blender, or allow to sit at room temperature for a few minute.
