Ingredients
1 English cucumber, chopped into medium pieces
4 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 and 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup cold filtered water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a fine-mesh sieve fitted over a small bowl. Press the juice pulp against the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard pulp. Strain mixture again, if desired.
Pour into one large or two small glasses. Chill if desired.
