Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes, quartered
1/2 large vidalia onion, quartered
1 jalapeno pepper, de-stemmed
1/2-1 serrano pepper, de-stemmed
2-inch chunk English cucumber
1 garlic clove
1 handful cilantro
1/4-1/2 tsp. cumin
salt (to taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until texture is to your liking. I like my salsa a little chunky, but feel free to puree it smooth! Enjoy with chips, vegetables, or a spoon!
