3-Minute Easy Chocolate Candy

  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. peanuts*
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut*


  1. Mix melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add peanuts and coconut and mix to combine. The peanuts and coconut should be completely coated.
  2. Scoop mounds of the chocolate-peanut-coconut mixture on a piece of parchment paper, and stick in the freezer to set, about 2 minutes. Enjoy straight out of the freezer.


*These ingredients can be substituted to fit your dietary and flavor needs! Almonds, pumpkin seeds, chopped pecans, cashews, and dried fruit all work great!
