This vegan, refined sugar-free Homemade Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter is loaded with fall flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • splash pure vanilla extract
  • pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. Pour peanuts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until fragrant.
  2. Stick peanuts directly into a strong food processor and blend, scraping down the sides as needed. Be patient here; this will take anywhere from 10-15 minutes.
  3. When your peanut butter is almost smooth, add pumpkin pie spice, coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Continue blending until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a glass gar with a lid. Store in the fridge.
