  • 1 avocado
  • 23 Tbsp. dutched/dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice, but I suggest coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. raw unsweetened coconut, toasted (check out my 5-minute tutorial, which is linked below!)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped almonds


  1. Pit and peel the avocado, and place it into a food processor. Add cocoa powder, milk, almond butter, and maple syrup, and blend until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Scoop chocolate avocado pudding into a small bowl or container and mix in coconut and almonds. Cover and place in the fridge to chill overnight.
