Ingredients
1/2 cup plain hummus
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt + pepper
1 15-oz. can chickpeas, drained
3/4 cup grapes, halved
3/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1 small gala / fuji apple, diced
Instructions
Mix your hummus and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Mix your chickpeas, grapes, walnuts, and apple chunks in a large bowl. Pour your sauce over the top and toss to coat. Taste, and adjust seasoning as necessary.
