Welcome to part deux of Fooduzzi’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Week! Did you catch my EPIC popcorn recipe on Monday? To say I’m obsessed is an understatement.
That being said, I am convinced that one simply cannot have a “Chocolate Peanut Butter Week” without including the king of all chocolate peanut butter confection: Buckeyes.Read More
Hi!
Guys, this week was delicious. I had a wonderful lunch with my favorite professor at Kaya (if you’re in the Pittsburgh area, you owe it to yourself to go to Kaya at least once a week. It’s my favorite restaurant of all-time). I went to a celebratory dinner with my family at Altius and had one of the best meals of my entire life. And…I prepared for Fooduzzi’s CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER WEEK for next week! Heeeeck yes!
Side note: Can every week be chocolate peanut butter week?
While you’ll have to wait until Monday for some of that chocolate peanut butter goodness (and boy is it good), you won’t need to wait for some fantastic Father’s Day meal inspiration! Welcome to my Father’s Day recipe roundup – complete with healthy whole food recipes your dad is bound to love! Read More
If you’ve been around Fooduzzi, you’ll know that I studied abroad in Italy. I was there for about three months, taking in all of the sights, sounds, and sustenance the “motherland” had to offer.
While I was there, I was lucky enough to have my family (mom, dad, brother, grandma, pap, aunt, and uncle) join me for a week-long visit. They flew into Venice, where I greeted them with open arms. We had a marvelous feast that night and slept like kings knowing that the Peduzzi clan was back together again.Read More
Call me hipster, call me quirky…but I LOVE funky little spots that are totally off the beaten path.
As I’m writing this, I’m sipping on the BEST tea from a funky little Pittsburgh coffee shop called “Big Dog” (wanna see it? I snapped a picture on Snapchat! Follow me [fooduzzi]!) In addition to serving some of the best tea I’ve ever had, Big Dog also has an oatmeal bar. AN OATMEAL. BAR. Like, where you can go and customize your own bowl of hot steamy love. WHAT?!
I mean, you can totally do that in your own kitchen, but eating it in a zany coffee shop makes the whole breakfast experience a little more special, don’tcha think?Read More
Hola, peeps!
It’s about to get reeeeeal hot in the 412 in the next couple of days, and I think this warmer weather calls for a bit of a celebration! Because, seriously, is there anything better than flip-flop, sundress, sunglasses weather? I think not.
To me, summer means picnics to attend, parties to host, cookouts to plan, and good times to have. And if you’re wondering how you can be the best attendee, host/hostess, planner, and/or good time-haver, I have but one word for you: dessert.
Seriously, who doesn’t love dessert? There’s just something so satisfying about finishing off a delicious meal with something sweet. Whether you’re a fresh fruit lover or an addict of all-things chocolate, nothing has a ring to it quite like “dessert time.”
This Stupid Awesome Saturday recipe roundup is all about DESSERT. Although the recipes below are made with whole foods, they are not anything short of delectable, indulgent goodness. Oh yes, these healthy treats are sure to satisfy anyone’s summer sweet tooth.

Hiiiiiiiiiiii, friends!
What’s been happening this week? Did you have a fun Memorial Day?
I had a splendid little Memorial Day with my family and Mark. My parents broke out the grill. We had quinoa… two ways ’cause we’re fancy. They had burgers. We had my Vegan Red Velvet Cheesecakes and watermelon for dessert. It was a glorious day.
But the shining moment of the dinner? Corn on the cob. GUYS. Corn on the cob may very well be my favorite part of the summer. Is there anything better than munching on that sweet, juicy yellow cob? I love mine coated with smoked paprika. I’m extremely confident in the fact that it’s THE BEST way to enjoy corn. Ahh.
I’m genuinely excited about the next couple of recipes I’m going to share with you here on Fooduzzi. I’ve been diligently trying to spit out some quality summer recipes for ya, and I really think I have some winners heading your way. To keep you well fed until then, please turn your attention to this glorious summer recipe roundup, complete with some of my favorite whole food dishes from around the interwebs this week.
