That being said, I am so not a fan of the whole execution of the lowly granola bar. Read More

Welcome, dear friends, to the wrap-up post for Fooduzzi’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Week! It’s been a freakin’ delicious week.
In all honesty, every week is chocolate peanut butter week for me. I simply do not believe that a more delicious, more satisfying, more mouthwatering combination exists in the world of food. I’m convinced that it just can’t happen.
Luckily, this flavor combination doesn’t have to be highlighted in treats that are laden with butter and refined sugars. Chocolate + Peanut Butter = a winning whole food combination! Heck yes to the healthy foods!
This is why I have assembled the ultimate Chocolate Peanut Butter Recipe Roundup just for YOU and YOUR STOMACH. Guys, this may just be my most delicious Stupid Awesome Saturday yet.Read More
Welcome to part deux of Fooduzzi’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Week! Did you catch my EPIC popcorn recipe on Monday? To say I’m obsessed is an understatement.

I know I’ve said it before, but I think I should say it again so you know just how true of a statement this is: I am a huge snacker.
Like. Huge.
Mix that with my love of tradition, and I’m completely done for.
Hi!
Guys, this week was delicious. I had a wonderful lunch with my favorite professor at Kaya (if you’re in the Pittsburgh area, you owe it to yourself to go to Kaya at least once a week. It’s my favorite restaurant of all-time). I went to a celebratory dinner with my family at Altius and had one of the best meals of my entire life. And…I prepared for Fooduzzi’s CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER WEEK for next week! Heeeeck yes!
Side note: Can every week be chocolate peanut butter week?
While you’ll have to wait until Monday for some of that chocolate peanut butter goodness (and boy is it good), you won’t need to wait for some fantastic Father’s Day meal inspiration! Welcome to my Father’s Day recipe roundup – complete with healthy whole food recipes your dad is bound to love! Read More
If you’ve been around Fooduzzi, you’ll know that I studied abroad in Italy. I was there for about three months, taking in all of the sights, sounds, and sustenance the “motherland” had to offer.
While I was there, I was lucky enough to have my family (mom, dad, brother, grandma, pap, aunt, and uncle) join me for a week-long visit. They flew into Venice, where I greeted them with open arms. We had a marvelous feast that night and slept like kings knowing that the Peduzzi clan was back together again.Read More
I’m a huge sucker for traditions.
One of my favorite family traditions is putting up the Christmas tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Whilst listening to Christmas tunes and watching The Grinch that night. We do this every year. Religiously. Come hell or high water.
One year, however, I made plans with a friend to go Christmas shopping. My dad needed to utter but four words to make me instantly cancel these plans in favor of a garland and ornament-filled day: “But it’s a tradition…”Read More
Haaaaaaaaaaay, everyone!
I hope you’re having a fab week. I had tacos last night, so that automatically makes this one of the best weeks ever.
I want to let you in on a not-so-secret secret: Mark is pretty much a genius. He thought up this INCREDIBLE summer salad last week. It required a few simple ingredients, but it utilized some of the best texture, flavor, and color combinations I could ever imagine in a salad. We bought the ingredients. We prepped the ingredients. We threw the salads together. We had a picnic on the floor in our apartment. And it was amazing.
Keep your eyes peeled: you shall be seeing “Mark’s Salad” this week. ;)
Until then, allow me to tempt you with some ridiculously fabulous salads in this summer salad recipe roundup! I don’t know about you, but I adore salads. They’re simple, they’re full of healthy ingredients, and they’re so much fun to customize and build! AND summer is the perfect opportunity to get those creative juices flowing and use up some of that colorful and fresh produce! Be sure to check out these recipes, and don’t forget to pin the image below for salad recipe inspiration all summer long!Read More
